PT. Norma Asia, a division of Norma Holdings Netherlands is expanding its Production Operation in Bandung. Norma Asia Machines and Assembles Precision Components for its customers in Europe.

To meet our aggressive expansion plants, we require the following skilled personnel :

1. HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

• Bachelor degree (S1), majoring Psychology
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Preferably having experience background in job analysis, job evaluation, recruitment, and training
• Having knowledge about competency, profilling and mapping, would be an advantage
• Ability to use psychological tools and making interpretation of psychological tools results
• Able to make assessment and analyze report
• Computer literate and good English spoken and written

2. TAX AND FINANCE OFFICER

• Min. D3 Taxation major / S1 Accounting major
• Min. 1 year experience in tax reporting (work in tax consultant experience is an advantage)
• Certified in Brevet A and B
• Understanding Financial Administration and Reporting
• Computer literate and good English spoken and written
